Free Voiceovers for your station

I just wanted to let you know about a site where you can get some extra voices for your site. It's a free voiceover community, they used to charge, now they are free. They do stuff like liners, sweepers, even commercials for ya. The catch is they hope you'll help out by recording one for them, though its not monitored or required. Currently over 7,000 members are available to help you with your production. If you run a small station and are tired of just hearing yourself on your station, this is a great option for you. http://www.Radiodaddy.com

“It’s unwise to pay too much. But it’s worse to pay too little.

When you pay too much you lose a little money, that is all.

When you pay to little, you sometimes loses everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do.

The common law of business balance prohibits a little and getting a lot.
It can’t be done.

If you deal with the lowest bidder, it’s well to add something for the risk you run.

And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better.

There is hardly anything in the world that someone can’t make a little worse and sell a little cheaper - and people who consider price alone are this man’s lawful prey.”

I've loved that quote since I saw it on the wall of a Baskin Robbins in Tupelo Miss. about 27 years ago.

Anyway, you don't have to use a free VO, do you? Seems like it's worth a try.

Great quote. But RadioDaddy.com IS INDEED a good site for some.

I myself use(d) it to get my talent out there into abyss of industry.
The fact that I put my product out there for free to some kid with an internet radio station is beside the point.
That kid will tell someone, who will tell someone, etc...
And that's worst case scenario for me. After all, I'm really just talking for my 500 bucks a month from station X.

RadioDaddy.com? EXCELLENT for word of mouth; excellent for some people.
