french host near santa cruz/san jose?

all,

few weeks ago i was driving from LA to SF along the 1 and came across this french guy hosting a call in show on a saturday, i was somewhere between santa cruz and san jose. this guy was funny and would like to track down any streaming or pod casts. i think it was on the AM dial but could be wrong.
