Fresh from the No One's Surprise Dispatch : Beasley gets another NASDAQ delisting notice

The stock is up 326% since they released earnings last week. They had telegraphed their earnings and didn’t issue guidance. There is no economic reason I can figure out for it to be up so much.

I would imagine the fact that it’s somewhat a meme stock will cause NASDAQ to be more aggressive than usual in perusing delisting.
 
Could someone explain to me in simple, layman's terms what the latest delisting means? I am not sure what "negative stockholder equity" means.
