Never consider that site to be an accurate representation of things. We keep saying that and yet no one ever listens.

Checked Michi's site (FCCdata.org) and KGST is shown as "licensed and silent". The Silent STA was granted one week ago.

Come to think of it, Radio-Locator does have a tendency to remove stations from their database when they have that status. (Perhaps another reason why they are to be shunned.)
