Fresno FM's off the air

Oh I had not noticed that of the FMs but this afternoon I found KYNO 940 was off the air. I assumed there was work being done on their ground system. They all have a carrier signal but no audio at 1am on Tuesday.

So I'm thinking the power was out at the downtown studio, that's kinda weird. Did someone forget to pay the Pg&E?
