It's been interesting. B95 sounds so off the mark... a lot of records that aren't hits, and hip-hop just isn't what the kids are digging.
Watch as they continue to drop... plus a bunch of staff / line-up changes can't be good for KBOS either.
Props to the Q97 crew. I predict if both stations continue on the paths they're on now... KSEQ will beat KBOS very soon.

KBOS is much like KRZR - programmed by ego. Not even in step with
the market. Put 104.7 on here and it would kill, 97 will beat them and
watch for someone to flip to CHR here. Maybe 104.1

104.7 and Q97.1 are both owned by the same company, Buckley. The 104.7 and 97.1 signals already overlap Fresno, Clovis and Madera.

Cheap shot. If you spent much time talking to either G-Man or Paul you'd know that's a load of crap.
How's the sports station doing these days in Fresno? I think CC still owns it.

i am not a hip hop guy but the music is so much better on q97 compared to b95...q97 is alot more dance/pop now...jox aren't too good...except davey d who use to do mornings in Sac-Town...DJ Jess is cool, but young jizzo, dj lace, your homeboy dub, jon magic...etc are all interchangable and sound alike....too busy yelling in mic...but thats just my 2 cents
