Spanish language at first, then accented English, all prior to 7:00A. The signal was weak and it was very difficult to hear. It certainly wasn't a Canadian - Turks & Caicos, anyone?

Most likely Turks & Caicos on 530. If you can hear WWRV 1330 in NY (diplexed into WWDJ's towers in Hackensack NJ) you can hear the simulcast. The Turks & Caicos station is heard weakly in the NYC area most evenings.
