Problem with that is Bruckheimer & Co. left him in Miami on a pier dying of a gunshot would while Natalia was trapped in a submerged car as they & the other Miami CSIs were tracking down an escaped fugitive

Otherwise I'm sure he would've been in New York :)

But he has made a few appearances on there though
