Friday WABC broadcasts Geraldo during Rush's slot

I don't know if Geraldo did all of Rush's three hours, but Rush should be on instead of Geraldo. It's Rush's timeslot. *I just read that Rush wasn't in today.
 
I'm sure WABC wanted to stay with the Boston coverage and not hear the arrogant Mark Stein. Besides, Rush is a short timer at WABC..why should they care?
 
But Rush wasn't there! And let's be honest, had Rush been there, it would have been more about it being Obama's fault and how gun control would not have helped!

He an Hannity have to realize they are so out of step with the rest of America.
 
Rush uses fill ins a lot, especially on Fridays. At one time, Hannity was a regular fill-in. Several others who have filled in for Rush have started or tried to start their own shows. Given the nature of the show, Rush really can't re-run "best of" shows. He has to use fill-ins if he ever wants time off.
 
And let's be honest, had Rush been there, it would have been more about it being Obama's fault and how gun control would not have helped!

Yes, let's BE honest. He spent a good part of the week reacting to those who said, as they always do (and are always wrong about it), "oh, you just KNOW it was some crazed right-winger!"

As if being "in step" with an ever-expanding welfare state is something to aspire to!

I don't remember liberal broadcasters stepping aside or changing their opinions during the Reagan or (GW)Bush years, when they were the ones "out of step."

I said that Rush wasn't there in the first post, but why have Geraldo do Rush's slot when Rush is ordinarily there. The station wouldn't be on anymore if it wasn't for Rush. It was ok for Hurricane Sandy when Marc Simone was on, because that was dealing with a storm and the aftermath in the local area.
