It's airing on both Nick @ Nite and TV Land, different epsisodes but why air the same show on your sister network? Notice the same with CSI Miami with AMC and WE airing the show at the same time.

That's good old Viacom for you. CMT and TV Land has run Roseanne on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at the same time so there's really nothing new about this.
 
Tonight TV Land has two episodes running in 45 minute timeslots. I sure hope these are those "super sized" episodes and not a regular 22 minute episode being stretched into 45 minutes. I have seen TV Land stretch as far as 39 minutes per episode during their ridiculous "off the clock" programming, but never 45.
