They've been running 3 separate morning shows for quite awhile now.
Best move Y108 could make right now is to hire Jimmy back and put him on with Monty in the mornings again. Not that they need any help against the frogs where ratings are concerned, but Jimmy and Monty had themselves a pretty solid following back in the day.

Jimmy could also be waiting out a non-compete. I think if that weren't the case, he'd be back on the air somewhere by now.
Jimmy is supposed to be going to Y108 very soon.
