RE: Bob Lassiter

I don't really know much about this radio message boards
world, but i got a call from Ron Bennington today.

He told me about bloglassiter.com

I know alot of you do not care for me, and I understand. But
there are a few of you who do care for Bob Lassiter. I hope
that the class this man represents will never be forgotten.
He is the great one, and always will be. He had to follow the
Hooters show in the 90's, and now looking back, it must have been
real difficult. I guess we all make mistakes, but this man makes
few. I will not me posting alot, I only signed in to tell the ones
who care about "Bobby" as Sharon Taylor would say. He
probably does not know how much I tried to straighten up by listening
to him each and every day. The look of his face walking down the
long hall, the sound of his lighter on the air, and all the rest of
Bob will forever be with so many of us.

Bobby if you get this, I love you man..........
I am sorry if I ever hurt you by my silly ways on the air.

All of you take care, I hope just one of you will be enlightened
by this. Thanks to Ronnie B. for the blog. www.bloglassiter.com

B.L.,

Faintly remember Bob Lassiter, but still remember your
show. Tampa radio sucked when your show was on the air,
but it really sucks now. Your show and Cowheads made the
airwaves tolerable. Now I listen to Orlando via the web
and when my car can pick it up. Hopefully this is a turning
point.
