From Oldies to Classic Rock

It's Sunday evening... In the thread below, there was speculation about a format change at Kool. Country, Joey Mitchell, even "Boss Radio 101.9."

Would another option be Classic Rock. Even if they got half the Eagle's numbers (starting with a music-intensive morning show), they'd get more ratings than they're getting now and they'd be selling a more attractive demo to advertisers.

Thoughts?

I heard a liner in their mentioning that their's people complaining about not enough hit radio in Sacramento, so listen to the boss tommorrow morning at 5:30. You just might have your wish tommorrow PJ.....CHR.

At what point and with what facts did you conclude that I had any wish whatsoever about a particular format, let alone CHR? I'd be curious to know how you came to the conclusion that I'm partial to any format.
