Here's a question to ask: Why is it that most women that are casted on morning shows are used as sounding boards, giggle/laugh tracks, or news readers and nothing more? If someone is hired to be part of a morning show, shouldn't they have equal input in the show as well?
Of course, my way of thinking isn't compatable with todays radio market anyway.
