from Rick Bird's article on the Cumulus Cuts

from: http://news.cincypost.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060510/LIFE/605100374/1005Let go from the Cincinnati operation was general manager Dan Swensson, a 14-year executive at Warm98; Ted Morro, the assistant program director and 17-year veteran of the station whose voice was heard everywhere on the station in various roles; and Tom Sandman, a 14-year production veteran at the operation.Sandman is one of the most respected FM production talents in the country, known for his clever parody songs and spoof spots. He started his career at WEBN-FM in the '70s, working at legendary rocker WBCN-FM in Boston before returning to radio in his hometown."They told me I didn't fit their 'efficiency standard,' " said Sandman about his firing last Thursday. He was the creative services director for the three stations. Sandman said he received a generous severance package.

You couldn't find two nicer guys than Tom Sandman and Ted Morro.

Sandman may be talented, but I would hardly describe him as nice... egotistical, you bet.
