From the Valley to the Bay (from Solano County, CA)

Hello I am a person who thought about being a broadcast major in college but dropped and changed majors to STEM like Biology and Biotech. I do live an area where I happen to be on the border of two TV markets and got curious how that happen Solano-E is in the Sacramento TV Market and Solano-w is in the San Francisco TV Market. Note some of the links I mentioned here have been indirect because there is no one answer for this specific one. Also when I look at the radio markets map I seen that my area is united for San Francisco radio then again some of this can be traced back to the Dixon Shortwave transmitters that were started by NBC back in the 1940's.

I am curious on how international media works too and how they differ from the USA. Some of them can only be seen on YouTube like DW, NHK, ABC Australia, CBC, Al-Jazeera, ABS-CBN(Philippines) and TVNZ. I like to see things outside the US perspective too.

Also I became curious how a conspiracy theory began and spread on social media for political reasons plus how the broadcasting venues are responding to this. Some of the conspiracies I heard can be partially traced to my state legislature that is sparking the rants in other parts of the USA.
