Wonder how much KABC's audience will hate the triplets? I'm thinking a lot.

Existing audience, yeah, you're probably right. But if the aim stated with the hiring of Peter Tilden is to "young-up" the station with 25-54s then this is a move in the right direction. Whoever the current audience listening to KABC is, they don't amount to much and they can find similar fodder at a half a dozen other destinations on the dial.
It should be noted too that KLSX listeners tuning into AMP radio on Monday February 23rd weren't very receptive to the new format which has since gone on to be rather successful with a different, younger audience.
There are always people who are unhappy when what they've been listening to gets blown up. They leave and the fans of what's new take their place. That's just how it goes.

I am glad, however, that there will be some "hot" talk back on the air in LA...unless they try to be political, which would be possibly the worst radio ever.
I will listen, only because I miss KLSX so much and I will pray every day to the radio gods that Leykis is back on somewhere...soon.

The pace will be all off.
