Frozen Picture on WHPX/26

Like every other weekday at 4PM I tuned to WHPX/26 to watch Reba and I find a frozen picture on the screen from a Bare Minerals Infomercial that was on earlier in the day. 50 minutes later and the picture is still frozen. I don't have a converter box or an antenna to check if they're having problems OTA. (Even if I did, I live too far away to pick up WHPX/26 OTA). I have COMCAST Cable.

Marc,

Call Comcast @ 1-888-MEDIA ONE (633-4266).

or

Call WHPX directly. (860) 444-2626.

I remember posting about this problem earlier about this freeze up,around xmas time.
did anyone call the numbers posted plus Comcast? As I remember there was a pixelized still frame of a Mucinex ad,flipping back and fouth to real time video.later that night it was cleared up.
