(1) Kuhlman 10x12 communications shelter. Steel construction with concrete floor. Dual Marvair ComPac-II HVAC units, full ladder racks, 200A load center, transfer switch, lightning protection, 12-ports, includes decking from an ice bridge. Building is in good condition other than some cosmetic issues with the fascia around the base of it. Perfect size for a transmitter and two racks. Unit weighs 15,000-lbs and is in an easily accessible location. You pay for crane and trucking to remove. Western, PA location. $8500.

(1) BE FM-2C, 2kw FM transmitter and 130w exciter. Made in 1994. The exciter and transmitter PSU's have all been replaced in the last 5-yrs. Overall great condition - runs nice. We'll crate it on a pallet. Western, PA. $6000.

BE FM2C available again and price drop on building

Transmitter deal did not come together. So, The BE-FM2C is still for sale at $6000. BTW, I put (4) new - and expensive - fans in the BE last year. On the building, let's drop it to $7000. I also have an Orban 2200D processor/stereo gen with analog and AES i/o that works fine. No manual, though. $1200, or $1000 if you buy the BE. dtube1 aT gmail dot com
