FSN New England to be taken over by Comcast?

Expressly prohibited under Major League Baseball TV policy. Sportsnet New York holds Mets TV rights and cannot sell them to an out-of-market RSN.

Want to see the Mets in New England but can't get SNY? You'll need MLB Extra Innings on DirecTV.

or live in connecticut
 
Connecticut...mostly south of about Wallingford. Comcast in New Britain, Hartford and Middletown do not carry SportsNY. I believe the new U-Verse service from AT&T will, but that's likely several months before we'll see it here (I'm in New Britain, CT).
