Those 0.1s represent exactly one PPM wearer detecting the station exactly once during the ratings period. Utterly meaningless number, given out just to keep the owners of the stations subscribing to Nielsen. "Participation trophy" is an accurate description.

Speaking of HD radio, I’m surprised WKRQ-HD2 never shows up. Their Smoothinati yacht rock format is pretty well done, imho. Do the somewhat older demos it appeals to not know how to use their HD radios?
