Funimation on an HD-2 signal?

I've heard about the new Funimation all-anime channel being on the COLORS network part-time and airing on a few west coast HD-2 signals (much like the way The Tube does). Has anyone heard if this might be on it's way to this area? Kubo just isn't going to cut it for me.
