Funkerman - "Speed Up" on Pulse!!

Should have been a recurrent out of the gate for them. Just because they weren't on the air doesn't mean dance fans don't know about it. Add as a recurrent. If testing shows it needs more spins - that's when you bump it up.

Anway, glad to see a few real dance songs on the radio, even if it is TV-6

ABSOLUTELY!!!

as they should do with Bodyrox - What Planet you on, Booty Luv - Some Kind Of Rush and Peter Gelderblom's Waiting for.
All of these are radio friendly songs that would blend in well even on a top 40 leaning station.
I won't get into Alex Guadino's Watch out! but then again hopefully the funkerman add is setting the tone for what's to come.

on a side note; how funny would it be if they started transmitting the videos on CH 6 for the songs that they are playing on 87.7

Imagine, You hear the song turn on the TV and watch the video.

I did bring this point up WAAAAAYYYY back when Pulse launched and they're now doing it....putting up tracks from the last 2 years (from the 'KTU "tweak" to the launch of Pulse) that didn't get any airplay in NYC. Yet if you were a listener to Party 105(.3), you knew these tracks.

But for the rest of the people, these tracks are "new". In that sense I am glad Pulse is doing this...it's a "catch up" to the good music from the past 2 years that didn't get ANY airplay here. Plus for the artists, it's new "life" (sales/publicity) in that what may be "recurrents" to some is getting out to a whole new audience that wasn't familiar with the music before.

Quoting Malcolm X....."By any means necessary." :)
