820 CHAM in Hamilton is now Funny 820 as of Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 8:20 am.
KX 94.7 brought in a 4.1 share recently, while 820 only managed to bring in a 1.5 share.
 
This will actually be go0d....time to set a preset for 820. I wonder if CFRB will continue with comedy radio overnights if it's going to be the same thing on CHAM.

Most likely be the same thing on Cham as found on CFRB overnight. Same company, and Astral media owns the rights in Canada to air the comedy programming that they will be airing.
 
Thanks Mark! Did the stream give you any trouble? I was listening to that this morning and it seemed to cut out after the switch.

That makes two of us, Yez. The stream cut off at the end of my recording, which was when the launch montage ended. Thankfully, I stopped recording at the right time ;).
 
A friend points out that they really did go to dead air for a good three minutes even on the radio!
