Lil Wayne's "Lollipop" is already a major hit on the Billboard Hot 100. This week it zooms from number 89 to number 5, the biggest move of the year!

"Lollipop"?! Is that yet another rap song about oral sex?

Marc, the song is straight ghetto, lyric-wise :D Still, there's something very fresh about it, and that's part of the reason why it's doing so well. At a time when a lot of Hip Hop records are coming out with faster beats and melodies, this slowed down Dirty South record stands out (even if it does use the now all-to-common vocoder)

Lil Wayne = absolute smash

Rick Ross = good rhythmic record, probably a little bit too hard to make too much of an impact at pop

Maroon 5 = I'm with whoever said "Cant Stop" should have been the next release. Better That We Break sounds too much like the one they just released.

Lloyd's not a pop hit...I'm not totally convinced that its a rhythmic hit yet.

You heard Mann f/ Sean Kingston "Ghetto Girl" yet??? Go find it.
