FUSE ONCE AGAIN DROPPED BY A PAY TV PROVIDER

I actually see this as a good thing. I have never found any interest in the programming on Fuse. We have far too many of these spin-off and niche networks with diluted programming that just add to our cable bills. I'm glad to see companies taking a stand against these networks.

I used to like watching them when it was called MMUSA. Haven't even stopped by the channel in years since they changed though.

My question is: do we really need music video or just music oriented channels anymore? All that programming and content has migrated to the internet, so is there a need? Fuse needs to go in the direction of MTV or VH1 in order to claim themselves as a valuable asset IMO.

I agree. Too many "one show" networks. One of the best examples is Logo which has one real signature show (that RuPaul reality show "Drag Race" ), VH1 and Logo could merge and no one would miss much.

I agree. You can find pretty much any music video on Youtube. On Fios we get VH1, VH1 Classic, VH1 Soul, MTV2, MTV Jams, MTV Hits, MTV U, STN (the Soundtrack Channel), CMT Pure Country, and I think there are a couple more I'm forgetting.

Just flipped to where the Fuse channel once was. Has the Time Warner message. I never really watched the channel so no big lose. Wish Time Warner added MTV Jams and CMT Pure Country. As the only MTV music network we get other then the regular ones (MTV, MTV2, VH-1) is MTV HITS.
