This is a new English-language cable channel aimed at young Hiispanics and millenials (target age is 16 to 30) backed half-and-half by Disney-ABC and Univision. There will be news, sports, and lifestyle programming, originating alongside Univision's complex in Miami. Jorge Ramos, who anchors Univision's evening news, will also be in on Fusion's daily newscast. They're trying for 20 milliion subs by the launch date, but as of August 1, they hadn't yet convinced Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Dish, or DirecTV to get in on it.
