Fusion Innovative Marketing (Leaders in Radio & TV Marketing) is looking for a highly creative and out-of-the box professional designers to work with our Marketing team. This is a unque opportunity in South Florida to work with national brands. We are seeking a detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated team player to work along side a fast-paced environment. We have an immediate opportunity for full time and freelance graphic designers that will help lead direction who is proficient in designing both online and create design of custom publishing, consumer product packaging, direct mail, magazine layout and print advertising.
You'll communicate and present design concepts and produce presentation materials in conjunction with the Design team that effectively communicates our concepts.
Qualifications:
Our design needs include print production, editorial layout/design, marketing material creation, mock-ups, web site maintenance, and micro site development for various clients.
• Proficiency on MAC in Quark 5 or above & the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. In design optional
Program knowledge and proficiency:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe In Design or Quark
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Dreamweaver
HTML
Additional program knowledge and proficiency a plus, but not required
Flash
Fireworks
Must have good communication skills and email savvy
Exceptional ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout and is supported by a great portfolio creative art and graphic design
Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to inspire, involve and mentor others within a work group
Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes
Ability to meet deadlines and work the flexible hours associated with the demand.
