Fybush: New Hampshire's WMEX-106.5 To Drop Oldies

Scott Fybush is reporting in his latest (September 26th) online Northeast Radio Watch column that WMEX-106.5 in Farmington, New Hampshire will soon be changing formats.

According to Fybush, the station will change formats sometime over the next several weeks from oldies to 1980's/1990's pop.

Of course, the WMEX call letters were for many years used in Boston on 1510 (including the years between 1957 and 1975, when it was a top-40 station), and later on 1150 (in the 1980's after Greater Media bought the station and flipped it to oldies).
