1070's a daytimer, as Mark S. reminded me!!)

"*ESPN Radio will get a new VERMONT affiliate soon. NERW hears that WTWK (1070 Plattsburgh NY) will drop its temporary simulcast of country WUSX (93.7 Addison) this week, flipping to ESPN sports."
 
1070 on well after sunset

Is 1070 really a daytimer? I heard the simulcast of US93.7 on 1070AM from Plattsburgh at 9:30 last night! That's WAY after sunset. Heard tham last week at about 8:30 p.m. as well.

Yup.

According to it's license BL-12014
WTWK is a ND-D (Non Directional, Daytime only)

No night, PSSA, PSRA, or CH authorization.

WJOY has the ESPN MLB package this year. What will WVMT do weekends? They do ESPN all weekend.

The Northeast folks have to remember to turn it off at sunset.. What's the fine for broadcasting after post sunset with no authorization ??
