Fybush's NERW on rfb and WOOL-LP

The latest edition of Scott Fybush's North East Radio Watch has his thoughts on
the FCC raid of radio free brattleboro, along with news of the _eventual_
debut of WVEW 107.7 --and this past week's debut of WOOL-LP up in Bellows Falls.

http://www.fybush.com/nerw.html

excerpt:
"NERW has never endorsed the belief of some of RFB's leaders that the FCC has waived its right to regulate stations of less than 100 watts by refusing to license new 10-watt standalone stations. (snip)
At the same time, we can't help but be impressed with the community spirit and energy that has gone into the sustained operation of RFB over the last few years. The station was clearly serving a group of listeners - and radio producers - for whom there's no home on commercial radio."
