Gannett acquisiton of WATL complete

Gannett has completed its $180 million purchase of WATL from Tribune on Monday.

Other than the rebranding to "My ATL TV" on September 1st, and the 10 PM WXIA newscast starting soon, no word on management or studio changes as of yet.
