Peak Broadcasting cut ties with Brian Anthony after 10 years...and after shutting down Pangea, Nicole Giordano is still there?

OH MY GAWD! How the hell is PEAK BROADCASTING gonna just get rid of a LEGEND like BRIAN ANTHONY? Sheez, I learned a LOT from that man...BRIAN ANTHONY if you are reading this...let it be known that I've always had MAD RESPECT for you and your family. :)

Sorry to hear that about Brian. The family and I were in Fresno over the Thanksgiving weekend and we got to hear Brian call a Falcons game (Frooooozen!) Of course, they're gone too! I'm guessing he'll still be calling the Grizzlies, eh?

I remember one night at KNAX hanging out in the control room with Brian when he took a call from Elvis. Apparently the king was not dead but was living in a trailer in Kingsburg (where else?) and getting ready to make a record with Jeanie C. Riley. Good times!

Brian's a great guy as well as a great talent. Here's hoping he lands on his feet!
 
Did the bloodletting at PEAK affect KMJ 580 at all?
Is that staff, which is far and away the largest in town, getting slashed too?
 
KMJ hasn't been affected...yet i guess, who knows what's next at Peak, who will replace the great brian anthony? i've heard three or four different jocks during his old time slot

KMJ lost a couple part-time guys, and I believe the airstaff were asked to accept 10% - 15% salary cuts, but KMJ being big daddy was naturally a huge factor in the limited damage.
 
Except for some Part time layoffs Nothing will hurt KMJ because they have been the Big talker in town for years
 
107.1 should hire Brian Anthony & put him mid-days up against David Caudillo at Mega 97
