Pacific Islanders Start Gardens during the Pandemic

Islands in the Pacific Ocean have few coronavirus infections. But the pandemic has negatively affected the supply of imported food.

This has to do with how people in the Pacific are coping with the pandemic, by doing their own gardening. But, the photos really grabbed my attention, reminding me of times that I switched a spare receiver over to the Wallis et Futuna channel of TV France on weekends.
They have since moved to another bird, and gone to a pay package, but it was interesting to see so many shows and news features with families farming, cooking outside, ....and palm trees.
