Anyone know the whereabouts of jock Gary Phillips formerly of WHBQ Memphis - WJDX Jackson, Ms - WBMJ San Juan -WRVC - LA to pursue acting - ????

Gary came back to Jackson, MS in 1990 as PD/Mornings of WSTZ. He went by "Rockett". We did our own little version of L.A.'s "Pirate Radio" so to speak. From there he has a great run at KQKQ Omaha, NE in the mid-90's. From there, I think he worked at another station or 2 in that market. I spoke with him back in 2003; he was still in Omaha. Maybe doing an internet business? I cannot remember exactly. Perhaps you can ask around in the Nebraska board? Hope that helps....
