Gene Burns "foodie" bias

Burns has always said that he was not impressed with Las Vegas dinning, yet a major rating service ranks Vegas secound to NY in high rated dining (AAA) . Guess Burns bases his opinions on where he can get a free meal.

Yes Gene Burns does have strong opinions, especially about dinning. What I like about Las Vegas is the later hours you can dine. Comparing to New York the best city I enojyed for dining was always Washington D. C. becasue you could eat at a real resturant (not a coffee shop) till 2:00 a.m. You'll never find that in New York or San Francisco.

You always know how Gene feels about something, which makes for a good talk show host. Many times I disagree with him but enjoy hearing him presenting his point and arguing with callers.

I think he hasn't been in Vegas a while....what he says was true 10 years ago
