I did finally look at the owners manual, but I was for a different car. I don't remember reading about how the radio worked.

I was ten years old when I thought that's how the buttons were supposed to work.

Now, if they had a radio that would switch me from one station broadcasting Morning Edition to another as I passed out of range of the first, that might be worth something. Same if it switched from one station with a given format to another.

I'd imagine that this technology could also do that.
