I know ESPN(for example) and will use them as example,
thru this inquiry, I know they have an agenda..
-It "sells" better to talk about Romo, versus . . .
Chad Henne
(on sportscenter) (talk shows: PTI,around the horn, 1st take, etc) but
does ESPN have "unofficial" / or "unwritten" laws pertaining to
certain topics???
Giants/Cards (NFL) game from sunday
Today on mike and mike, the Fumble, that wasn't (or he was down?)
(NBC)
SUN:NIght football, spoke their mind..etc.
MIKE and MIKE both quietly, said, the rule is the rule.
not much more to argue. GOLIC, slightly went out on a limb
and said, some thought AZ.was 'cheated' well, u werent,
and "greenie" took charge of the show, and moved it onto .....
(probably ROMO ) lol
but
Sunday night football, I believe::: showed the def. of the rule
and said it was a fumble and even challenged the league..
-
mike and mike:: dont want to be shock jocks or trouble starters,
but have noticed they follow what the LEAGUE would like to cover..
Leading up to this weekend, the BILLS made some ESPN attention.
after the loss, a*passing*(no pun) mention, as it was a reference
to the AFC_east as a whole.
[espn: national channel not local espn/stations]
ESPN:::always was more "local" coverage for the cowboys, yankees, and .....
(team of the week), but why do they play soo close to what the
league wants:::again, not saying they are trying to bait a coach
into saying some thing he didnt, or get a player on there, and bring
up the taboo thing from (8 years ago), but during the lock out they
seemed more edgey - during the season, its praise brady, dont
pick on (or even mention) the 0-2, 0-3, 1-3 teams, and talk
about the same 4-6 topics...
now i know the last point, the same ol, same ol falls into the radio
formula, a 4 hour show, has a very specific clock to repeat
the same stuff every :15/half hour), like the local news, on
the morning show/evening broadcast - the 5pm, 5:30pm, and 6pm
are all the same news...lol - unless there is something breaking at the moment
and when that occurs, mike and mike jump on it - but noticed today,
maybe an off day, but seemed to be the day, i may stop watching for a while.
(is it my fault do i watch toooo much)
