and going to wisconsin ... his last day on fox is today ... any info as to him leaving would be appreciated
 
He's going to be groomed for the chief anchor role in Milwaukee. I believe he also is doing the 5 PM there while rating for the big cheese job.
 
On a related note, is Sue Serio taking over George's anchor post for Good Day? It looks like David Aldrich (who really is an actual meteorologist IIRC) is fully taking over the weather forecasting duties for Good Day and the 11 o'clock news...

Not that I'm complaining, but I will sorta miss Sue's remote spots like Sue's Clues an whatnot...
