Georgia Eagle buys more stations

All Access reports that Georgia Eagle Broadcasting has bought the following stations from Communications Captial Company II, LLC:

Statesboro:

WPTB (850 AM)
WWNS (1240 AM)

Sylvania:

WSYL (1490 AM)
WZBX (106.5 FM)

Claxton:

WMCD (107.3 FM)

Cochran:

WDXQ (1440 AM, 96.7 FM)

Obviously, it'll be a big surprise if the FCC approves this deal, as there would be three companies in Middle Georgia owning at least seven stations should it pass regulatory muster (Cumulus currently owns eight stations in the Macon market, while Clear Channel has seven stations). Any questions? Comments?
