Margery Eagan lets Callahan have it in the Herald

Meanwhile is it Mustard & Johnson talking about (BLEEP) Eye all afternoon?
(Greg & Larry are on at 7:42 PM)

WEEI doesn't have the weekend shows up so I'm not sure who "Greg" & "Larry" are
(isn't Mustard's name Craig? Do they mispronounce it this badly??)

Callahan - a man suspended for racism - makes one good note in his story -
that alternative lifestyle people feel as represented by the Fab Five as
Italian Americans believe Tony Soprano represents them (paraphrased)

Amazing the venom that gets aired. But that's what Free Speech is all about.

It was Colonel Mustard in the conservatory with the candlestick :)
(anyone else play Clue as a kid?)
Greg Dickerson
Larry Johnson (cartoonist for Globe, ESPN, Ch 4 Sports Final)

Re: Gerry Callahan - "The I.... Virus??"

Hmm... C-A-L-L-A-H-A-N ??? Sounds pretty Irish. Perhaps, some should generalize about the so called "Irish Virus" and whether it affects this particular sports broadcaster.

ummm... moderators? Shouldn't this thread be wiped clean? I thought these types of posts in which the host's beliefs were attacked were not allowed.....even though Millenium always slams those who aren't liberal... just post links if you want, but please don't add your own point of view like that, it's very annoying...

Re: Gerry Callahan - "The I.... Virus??"

I believe that the colloquial expression you seek is "Irish curse".

Re: Gerry Callahan - "The I.... Virus??"

Always heard "virus". Perhaps, a better rhyme: 'Irish Virus'
