Touch 106.1 is having two Parties this Month . The Chocolate and Cream affair, Libra Party, Sunday 10.7.07 at The Russell Auditorium Dorchester MA and The 2nd Annual New England Masquerade Ball 10.20.07 at The Sheraton Braintree Hotel . For a Breakin' The Law Station, Touch 106.1 is really out there ( and I love it ).
 
The best party will be when the FCC raids these illegal broadcasters and shuts them down.
Cost: $10,000 at least. I bet drug dealers, pimps, and bank robbers throw some great parties, too.
Alert the F.C.C. --send in the bunko squad.
 
Driving on I-93 past the Globe building I noticed Touch 106 coming in loud and clear and they
were running an ad for something. Also illegal. Are they reporting this income to the IRS?
Or are they claiming the ad buy for a paper they also run or something...also heard a foreign
language pirate and it sounded like they were giving an address ("...Washington St.") in what
sounded like an ad.

Even if they were a licensed LPFM, which they're not, they can NOT run ads.
