.....This time its "I Dream Of Jeannie" with Kate Hudson! Sony is aiming for a 2006 release.

Hopefully my Class Action Law Suit against Sony for the Bewitched Movie will be settled by then. I'm asking for $6 in actual damages, and Thousands more for Pain & Suffering :)

The one possible good thing to come out of this is to have I Dream Of Jeannie the TV show on DVD at last. It is going to be like the Bewitched series with the Black and White and the Canadian colorized first seasons. Believe it or not,I thought that I Dream Of Jeannie was funnier than Bewitched in my opinion. Especially when Jeannie is always getting Tony and Roger into hilarious mishaps.

Ahh yes...The old "Yes they went ahead and did yet another remake of a TV classic" trick! Thats coming out next year(2006), too.

And that doesn't stop there. There's already talk that "The Flying Nun," "The Jeffersons," "Nanny & The Professor," "Honey West" and "Petticoat Junction" maybe coming to the big screen in the near future.

Yet more proof that the old axiom is correct: there are no original ideas in Hollywood.

Which seems to prove that Hollywood has run out of original ideas that can be successfully pitched to the media conglomerate suits, so they just get stuff out of their back catalogue.
