Getting metadata to Shoutcast with Edcast

I'm using the Edcast encoder Winamp plug in to stream to Shoutcast, as it sounds MUCH better then the stock Shoutcast encoder. Truuble is, the song title metadata won't work. Has anyone been able to make this work?
 
If your playback system creates a file for each song, like nowplaying.txt, you can point edcast's meta tool at that file and it will zap it over to shoutcast. If you need more help, let us know!
