Giant (also) Covering Western New York State?

It is to my understanding that Giant 91.7 FM is invisible in the Buffalo market.

How is the signal in Buffalo? I'm guessing it's about as weak as it is in most of Toronto.

I just thought I'd ask because...

"In addition, 91.7 GIANT FM covers Buffalo, Western New York State, and has a generous spill into Canada’s largest market, Toronto."

Giant does get into WNY, as an overcompressed, fringy signal with a little static. As far as I know, nobody cares, and they don't show up in the ratings.

They don't show up in the Toronto ratings either...that's the funny thing. (for a "generous spill" :D )
