Not sure what the power is, but it comes in pretty well on I-90 east of the city.

The power wasn't intended to be all that great. They are also not supposed to spill into American soil, should there be a station that can declare interference...

There's a low power FM on 89.1 coming out of Grand Island - W206CA (WXHL). It a Christian Contemporary station rebroadcasting the same stream as 89.1 in Lockport. Guess I'll have to tune in to see if I'm getting God or Country.
