I'm sad to have lost track of "The Medicine Man"... I thought I read that he went out west to Music Of Your Life, but I didn't find him on their current website.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Anyone else remember his personal "Andrews Sisters style" jingle from his WGSM days? "It's the Gil Ellis show... go and tell everyone you know..."

Gil was an okay guy, he was a bit "Mr Magooish", spilling coffee on the board, leaving a MESS in the studio and missing top of the hour newscasts and generally not following any format but his own, at least when we worked together. But he was a nice man who knew a lot about the cabaret scene, and was connected to it. I hope he is in good health and spirits, thanks for the update :
