Is TV Land doing any tributes to the show in memory of Bob Denver?

I don't believe they have the rights to air Gilligan's Island. IIRC, those belong to Turner Broadcasting.<P ID="signature">______________

You're right that TV Land and Nick At Nite have no rights to air Gilligan's Island. In fact its not even in syndication anymore. Fortunately its on DVD with all 3 seasons.

I believe that Gilligan's Island airs on cable on the Hallmark Channel on Saturday mornings for an hour or hour and a half. I guess Turner sold the exclusive rights to hallmark for broadcasting while making it unavailable on Broadcast TV.

Turner did this with their entire cartoon inventory as well. Maybe its a small Part of why you see cartoons on broadcast TV much anymore.
