Well, Gina Crash is in the Lehigh Valley. Previously on 105.7 The Hawk in the Jersey Shore and Lower Bucks areas, and before that she was on 97.5 The Hawk.

she shore does choose great stations to work for. MMR and YSP are the only 2 of my favorite statioons she never worked at. (at least to my knowledge)

Ya gotta remember 'eyg' is only 20 years old so to him hearing Sweet Home Alabama is like a new song to him. When he is a few years older and has heard that song a few hundred thousand times he'll begin feeling the same as some of us do... ;D

18 Actually ;)

ok the bone maybe what you call a cookie cutter station, but they are so much better than zzo. anyone who thinks otherwise is probably smoking some really strong crack.

zzo is too much old rock and no newer hard rock. the bone mmr and ysp have the mix just right.

and WRFF is no old. i only go to the classic rockers when nothing else is on.

go buy a satellite radio and you'll then see what you've been missing on the bone, the hawk, frank, etc. and all the other stations that you think are so good. i don't mean to pick, but after you hear satellite radio, nothing nassau, clear channel, or anybody can do will make you think they're good radio stations. again, not trying to be nit picky. just want to expand people's horizons. ;D

Also go online and read CMJ, Raygun, Spin, and others. I would even suggest going to Barnes and actually buying some of these publications.

why can't th e kid just LIKE terrestrial radio. all the satellite people try to convert people over, but there are plenty of people happy with what local radio has to offer, so get over it!!

not everyone cares about the new f-in Elf Power!!! (which is good btw)

If you base your musical tastes solely on what Spin tells you to like... it's sad :p

The kid likes terrestrial radio. Good for him... It may be cookie cutter, but that's his choice.

My view of satellite radio is how my gym plays, I think XM's "Mix 22" Which sound like EVERY terrestrial Hot AC... and "Mix 22" even has commercials! I'm not paying for that.

I'd rather take heed in Spin magazine's picks than the garbage that WZZO or Y-102 plays.

whoa wait a second. Please don't judge satellite radio based on "Mix." I guess you don't follow satellite radio news. Mix and about three other channels on xm are run by clear channel, some weird agreement dating back to the early days of xm radio. you just happened to hear one of four lousy channels on xm because of this clear channel agreement. all the other channels on xm are run by xm and have no commercials and an excellent playlist. the clear channel stations on xm are a joke just like clear channel radio stations so i hope you don't judge xm by "mix."

I'm not solely basing it on Mix... I've heard other channels, and I'm not impressed. Looking at the playlists online too, it doesn't entice me to spend the money to subscribe to satellite. That's just my music tastes though. I know other people who like other things swear by satellite because they find what they want.
