GIVING THANKS

On Thanksgiving Day, it's only appropriate that we pause to give thanks, and count the many blessings that we enjoy as a radio professional.

We should be thankful that....

...Radio stations are dedicated to serving the local community, and are not preoccupied with profits.

...Clear Channel continues to provide high quality programming in the Atlanta market.

...Clear Channel employees enjoy job stability, a compassionate and caring management team, and a work environment where all employees are valued highly.

...Clear Channel management continues to make wise and prudent programming decisions.

...Talk show hosts are not pushing political agendas, but instead are focused on giving us entertaining shows.

...Talk show hosts are creative, original, and not merely reiterating the Republican Party platform.

...Radio employees enjoy high salaries, which reflect their value as a professional.

...Radio employees never have to work nights, early mornings, weekends, or holidays, and are given the opportunity to spend quality time with their families.

...Radio managers are extremely caring and considerate people, who value you not only as an employee but also as a human being.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
;D

i give thanks that i have CDs to listen to. and free will to ban CC from my car.

I give thanks that I was smart enough yesterday to buy a case of beer, two bottles of wine and a bottle of vodka.

Why? Because it makes everything else so trivial, at least for one day.

Amen, all.....amen.
